A Boston Hungarians Network következő rendezvénye (Május 27, 2010)

Dear Boston Hungarians,

On Thursday, May 27th Gabor Garai, Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Hungary invites you to a presentation of PUSKÁS, Tamás Almási's 118 minute film about the most famous Hungarian. Released in 2009. Subtitles in English.

A spectacular, exciting and emotional portrayal of Ferenc Puskas, the kid from Kispest who became the brightest star in the football galaxy. He created a legend in his youth as captain of the famous Arany Csapat but adoration turned to persecution when he fled his homeland in 1956. He is still greatly admired in Hungary, Spain, Greece, Australia and across the globe. Puskas spent his life bringing people together from all walks of life as he took on new cultures and learned new languages but always remained a true Hungarian at heart. He loved life and lived it to the full. He became the world's most famous Hungarian.

The film will be shown in the office of the consulate and starts at 7pm preceded by a light dinner with Hungarian wine compliments of Gabor Garai, Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Hungary.

Please feel free to share this invitation with your Hungarian-American and American-Hungarian friends and colleagues. Thank you very much!
