Domain registration with ending .hu, .com, .org, .net, stb.

Hungary Network as an official domain registration provider and as a member of the Council of Internet Service Providers has registered more thousand Hungarian (with ending .hu) and several American (.com, .org, .net, ect.) domains since 1995.

Our company is opened to register domains with accentuated letter as well.

Our customers pay a fee once a year in a lump sum in advance.

The fee contains:

• fee of the registration and administration regarding the registration
• administrative fees regarding maintenance of the registration
• fee of DNS service (for two servers)
• one email address (alias) for the domain

Steps of the registration

1. Fill and print the online require form
2. Print and sign the contract related to the domain registration
3. In case a request with high priority level is sent to the service provider, about the certification documents which proof the priority a photocopy should be performed. Requests have priority in the following cases:
   
   1. the domain is the same series of characters as specified as the full or abbreviated name for the entity stated in the document evidencing the official registration of the Domain Applicant entity with the authorities (public administration or court) or in the statute for entities established by virtue of law, or
   2. the registrat is the beneficiary of a trademark registered with the Hungarian Patent Office or granted protection rights in Hungary, provided that the applied domain name is character-by-character identical with the word(s) of the trademark in question.
4. Deliver these documents to Hungary Network via fax (06 1 242-0438) or to the following address: Hungary.Network Zrt., 1027 Budapest, Frankel Leó street 24. II/2. To avoid any discussion related to priority, you should send a registered letter.

Fees of the services:

Valid: from 1 January 2009.

Condition:

• Detailed regulation about registration of Hungarian domains can be found on website: http://www.domain.hu/domain/English/ . About the registration of domains with accentuated letter you can find information in the clause of the regulation.
• The price cannot be divided into part fees, this means, if someone does not want to use one of our services, that does not reduce the price. The fee cannot be reduced even if the services are used during only a part of a year.
• The fee must be paid in advance in any case and not later than 48 hour prior the registration. We send the clients of Hungary Network invoice before the payment.
• In the unexpected case, if the registration fails; Hungary Network pays back the fee to the subscriber after deduction of administrative fee (2000HUF+VAT) from the paid amount.
• We accept a request regarding a new domain registration
  • from our new client, who enters into a contract with us and sends us the request form and any additional necessary documents and
  • from our existing client , who entered into a contract with us in the meanwhile or in the same time with the request
• For each action only one type of special offers can be requested in the same time.

Domain registration with ending .eu

The attendance of your website can increase and your mail address becomes easier to recognize for foreigner as well, if you use domain with ending .eu. In case you live in the European Union or if your company or organization operates in any of the EU states, you are entitled to require domain registration with ending .eu. Hungary Network is an official mediator through REGEU ISZT Ltd. official registrar.

Terms regarding domain names:

• Without ending .eu a domain name should contain at least 2 and a maximum of 63 characters.
• Available characters are the following: Latin alphabet lower case without accented letters (a-z), numeric characters (0-9) and hyphen (-)
• At the beginning and at the end of the domain name only a letter or a number can be placed.
• It may not contain hyphen on the third and fourth position from left.
• It is not the same to any of the two-letter country codes.
• The domain is still not registered directly with ending .eu.
• The Registry did not classify it in one of the following categories: reserved, blocked or cannot be registered.
• During the phased registration period no one else has required the registration yet. (unless the Registry exempted it)

Steps of the request process:

1. 1.Check in the official database of the Registry (www.whois.eu), whether the chosen domain name is free or not.
2. 2.Print and fill the online contract regarding the EU domain registration.
3. 3.Fill and print the contract of engagement with priority or without priority
4. 4.Send the contract regarding EU domain registration and a signed copy of the contract of engagement to Hungary Network via fax (06 1 242-0438) or to the following address: Hungary.Network Zrt., 1027 Budapest, Frankel Leó street 24. II/2 . To avoid any discussion related to priority, you should send a registered letter.
5. a) In case of request with non priority:
   • We forward your request to the Registry, from that you will get a message about the activation of the domain to your working mail address.
6. b) In case of request with priority:
   • We forward your request to the Registry, from that you will get a confirmation to your working mail address about the arrival of your request and you will be provided with information about the method and deadline of documents that proof the priority.
   • These certifying documents should be official, signed (sealed) documents (text copied from databases from CDs or from the internet is not appropriate): copy of warrant of the registry court or fresh, official copy of the copy of the register, copy of trade mark, etc. Documents required by the Registry you should sent by post to the Registry in Belgium.
   • After arrival of documents the Registry analyzes the legitimacy of the priority and in case they have found everything in order, the domain will be activated after a 40 day waiting period.

Conditions

• Regulation about domain registration under top-level .eu domain can be found on the following websites: www.regeu.hu and www.eurid.eu
• Our clients pay annual fee, lump-sum in advance. The price cannot be divided into part fees, this means, if someone does not want to use one of the services, that does not reduce the price. The fee cannot be reduced even if the services are used during only a part of a year.
• The fee must be paid in advance in any case and not later than 48 hour prior the registration. We send to the clients of Hungary Network invoice before the payment.
• We accept a request regarding a new domain registration
• from our new client, who enters into a contract with us regarding registration of EU domain and who has a contract of engagement with us.
• from our existing client , who entered into a contract with us in the meanwhile or in the same time with the request
• Before the expiration of the contracts valid for one year, the fee regarding the renewal of the domain for the next period should arrive at Hungary Network’s account till the first day of the month, in that the contract expires. Otherwise the domain will be deleted.
• After the domain was deleted, it will be quarantined and it can be triggered in 40 days after the deletion by paying reactivation fee.

  These fees do not replace the payment of the fees regarding titles ensured by the internet provider. In case the subscriber uses our content management service or he/she is one of our featured partners, the fee of the first out will not be charged.

  2500 HUF fee of service charge
  3500 HUF/ hour fee of technical work

In case the subscriber uses our content management service or he/she is one of our featured partners, the fee of the first service will not be charged.
